Hi, new mama. Maybe you’re here because you were up all night with a baby who just wouldn’t latch. Maybe you have bleeding nipples or you want to know more about bottle feeding and formula. Perhaps you’re pregnant or adopting or fostering a baby soon and just want some reassurance and knowledge ahead of time.
No matter what brought you here, I’m here to help you with feeding support in Arizona.
My journey to motherhood began over a decade ago. After a miscarriage, I became pregnant with my daughter, Leighton. My pregnancy wasn’t easy, with a medically complicated nine months of hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) and postpartum anxiety, depression and a difficult physical recovery.
So…I get it. Entering parenthood is tricky and scary, lovely and beautiful, all at once. I am a marketing professional and a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC®) educator (ALPP and UC San Diego). I facilitate free, inclusive East Valley new mom support groups and offer 1:1 breastfeeding and postpartum support in your home.
Outside of work, my husband and I are foster and bio parents. I’m a Peloton fangirl, gluten free cooking enthusiast, Girl Scout troop leader and aspiring romance novelist. I’m excited to meet you.
